The information provided by the Reporter will be followed up easily if it meets the 5W1H elements, which include:
WHAT - The violation occurred
WHEN - When the Violation was committed
WHERE - Where the Violation was committed
WHO - Who committed or was involved in the violation
WHY - Why the Violation occurred
HOW - How the violation was committed (modus, method, etc.)
Upon submission of the report, the Board of Directors will follow up with investigative efforts to obtain the truth of the report and then the report will be equipped with the evidence needed for further processing.
Whistleblower Protection
PLN Indonesia Power Services guarantees protection and confidentiality for every complainant/disclosure regarding: Confidentiality of the identity of the reporter (name, address, telephone number, facsimile, email, work unit, etc.) Protection against retaliation from the reported party or institution. This consists of protection from pressure, delays in promotion/position, dismissal, lawsuits, property and even physical action. This protection does not only apply to the reporter, but if necessary to the family members of the reporter.
