Batam, September 6, 2024 – The Board of Directors and Commissioners of PLN IP Services, represented by Mr. Mulyadi Koto as the representative of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Sunandar and Mr. Fredy Eko as representatives of the Commissioners, conducted a strategic work visit to the Baloi Gas Engine Power Plant (PLTMG) with a capacity of 30 MW. The Baloi PLTMG is one of the backbones of the electrical system in the Batam area and plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability and continuity of electricity supply to support economic growth in the region.

The visit was warmly welcomed by the President Director and Vice President Director of PT Maxpower Cogindo Batam, a joint venture company between PT Maxpower Indonesia and PLN IP Services, which plays a key role in managing and operating the Baloi PLTMG. During this visit, strategies were discussed to enhance operational efficiency and maintain stable electricity supply to support various industrial, commercial, and community sectors in Batam.

Mr. Mulyadi Koto expressed his appreciation for the cooperation between PLN IP Services and PT Maxpower Cogindo Batam in ensuring a stable and reliable electricity supply for Batam. He also emphasized the importance of synergy in preparing for a more efficient energy future, as well as improving the capability to manage challenges that may arise in daily operations.

This visit is expected to further strengthen the synergy between PLN IP Services and PT Maxpower Cogindo Batam, and serve as a key moment to drive innovation and efficiency in power plant management.
