PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) successfully held Culture Fest 2025, which this year entered its third year. Themed "Green Energy: The Way of Life," this event brought new energy to all company employees and emphasized that green energy is not just about technology, but also about habits, behaviors, and the culture we cultivate every day.
The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, opened the event by emphasizing that corporate culture is a crucial foundation for maintaining service consistency, strengthening integrity, and encouraging collaboration across all units.
He emphasized that amidst the accelerated transformation, all company employees must be more agile, adaptive, and able to outrun the competition to win. Green energy, he explained, is not only realized through technologies like solar power plants (PLTS) or hydrogen innovations, but also through simple actions such as waste reduction, reuse, and reverse engineering innovations that can increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Hari Cahyono also emphasized that every employee at the company is a ranger of change, tasked with being a driving force, a communicator of vision, and a carrier of positive energy for other colleagues. The spirit of collaboration is the key to success, where strength emerges when everyone moves solidly toward a common goal.
The next remarks were delivered by PLN Indonesia Power's Vice President of Human Capital Development, Rahmi Sukma, who emphasized that Culture Fest is not just a celebration, but a momentum to strengthen the commitment to making green energy a lifestyle for the organization.
Rahmi explained that green energy is not just about technology, but also about mindsets, habits, and work behaviors based on efficiency, responsibility, and integrity. She emphasized the importance of the four pillars of Corporate Culture Purpose: Safety, Efficiency, Beyond KWH, and Well-being as the foundation for building a healthier, more productive, and more humane work culture.
On the third day, the event was closed by PLN IP Services' HR Director, Imam Adi Prihantoro, who expressed appreciation to all culture rangers and positive drivers across all work units. Throughout the three-day event, it was evident how simple, well-planned activities can foster participation, boost morale, and motivate many people to contribute further to the company.
Imam emphasized that every PLN IP Services employee has their own contribution, from wellness programs, K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), social media, to other community activities.
He stated that the company's appreciation is merely a bonus, as the true value lies in dedication and sincerity in building a more positive work culture. He hopes that more cultural volunteers will join in the coming year, more new ideas will emerge, and the spirit of collaboration among all company employees will be strengthened.
