PLN IP Services Wins EBTKE Award, Proof of Commitment to Sustainable Energy

PLN Indonesia Power Services has once again made a proud achievement by winning an award in the EBTKE Stakeholder Performance Appreciation event organized by the Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation (EBTKE), Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). This award was won by PLN IP Services Unit Berau in the Energy Efficiency category.   This award is a form of appreciation from the Ministry of ESDM to stakeholders who have demonstrated the best performance and made real contributions to accelerating the development of the EBTKE sector in Indonesia. This achievement also confirms PLN IP Services' commitment to supporting national energy transition efforts.

National K3 Month 2025 PLN IP Services Encourages Strengthening of K3 Culture to Realize Zero Harm Zero Loss

PLN Indonesia Power Services has held the 2025 National K3 Month Roll Call with the theme "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity" and the PLN Group sub-theme "Strengthening K3 Culture and Human Resource Competence in the Energy Transition Era to Support Productivity Towards Zero Harm Zero Loss". The event was held in a hybrid manner at the Head Office and at the PLN IP Services Work Unit.

Improve HR Capacity to Support SMK3 and Environmental Management PLN IP Services Holds K3L Workshop

In order to welcome the National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month in 2025, PLN IP Services held a K3L Workshop with the theme "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the K3 Management System (SMK3) and Environmental Management".   This activity was opened by the K3J Manager of PLN IP Services, Sholihah Fahtunisa, who emphasized the importance of safety as a top priority. "Occupational safety and health are the main foundations in all our activities, especially in high-risk power plant environments. I hope that through this workshop, we can all understand the importance of K3L culture and make it an inseparable part of every step of the work. With collaboration and commitment, we can create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment," he said.

PLN IP Services Together with Srikandi, Realizing Environmentally Friendly Waste Management

As a form of concern for the environment and commitment to support sustainable waste management, PLN IP Services together with Srikandi Head Office carried out the delivery of assistance through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to TPS 3R Siaga Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The assistance was in the form of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and additional food (extrafooding) which was given to the cleaning staff at the location.

Collaboration between PLN IP and PLN IP Services Encourages Progress in Indonesian Education Through the Smart IP Program

PLN Indonesia Power and its subsidiary PLN Indonesia Power Services continue to demonstrate their commitment to contributing to the world of education in Indonesia through the Smart IP Program (Internship, Assessment, and Certification), which has been running since 2018. This year, the innovative program successfully carried out the selection process for selected vocational school students in 28 districts/cities of PLN Indonesia Power's Power Generation Work Units and will get the opportunity to receive direct coaching by Power Generation Experts at PLN Indonesia Power and PLN IP Services.
