From Awareness to Action, PLN IP Services Gelar Risk Culture 2025 Bangun Fondasi Keberlanjutan Bisnis

To strengthen Risk Culture and improve the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within the company, PT PLN Indonesia Power Services held a Risk Culture 2025 event themed "From Awareness to Action – Building a Risk Culture as the Foundation for Business Sustainability."   This event featured professional resource person Victor Riwu Kaho, Technical Advisor for CRMS Indonesia, who provided an in-depth understanding of the implementation of risk management in accordance with ISO 31000 principles.   Through this event, PLN IP Services is committed to converting risk understanding into concrete action by aligning all business processes and projects with integrated risk governance principles. This program emphasizes four main pillars: Awareness, Capacity Building, Integrated Action, and Future-Ready, as the foundation for strengthening risk culture at every level of the organization.

PLN IP Services Achieves 4 International Achievements, Proving Its Commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Transparency

PLN Indonesia Power Services' (PLN IP Services) commitment and consistency in upholding the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and information transparency have once again received international recognition. At the 2025 Vision Award LACP Annual Report Competition organized by the League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP), PLN IP Services' 2024 annual report, "Rebranding, Expanding Core, and Growing Rapidly to Build a Sustainable Future," won four prestigious awards.

Strengthening Occupational Health and Safety Culture, PLN IP Services Holds ISO 45001:2018 & Internal Audit Training

In an effort to strengthen the implementation of an occupational safety and health culture across all units, PLN IP Services held an ISO 45001:2018 Overview & Internal Auditor Training Based on ISO 19011:2018.   This three-day event, from October 6-8, 2025, took place at PLN IP Services Headquarters and was attended by the Unit's OHS team, fully managed by PLN IP Services.

Building a Superior Generation: PLN IP Services & SMKN 1 Cirebon Collaborate to Produce Competent Educators in the Electrical Sector

In an effort to support the competency development of electrical engineering educators, the MRO Services Team from PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) attended SMKN 1 Cirebon to provide specialized training for the school's electrical engineering teachers.   This training focused on the introduction and utilization of two important pieces of equipment newly acquired by the school: an insulation tester and an Ingress Protection (IP) test. Both tools are essential tools for testing the quality and safety of electrical installations.

PLN IP Services Reaps Another Achievement in Innovation and Integrity, Winning the Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team 2025 Award in the MRO Sector

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) once again achieved a proud achievement by winning the "Indonesia's Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team 2025" award in the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector.   This prestigious award was received by Rika Maleni, Legal and Compliance Manager of PLN IP Services, at the 2025 In-House Counsel Awards (IHCA), organized by Hukumonline in collaboration with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.

Ignite the Spirit of HLN's 80th Anniversary, PLN IP Services Officially Launches Energy Kalcer On The Move: Run & Walk

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) officially launched the Energy Kalcer On The Move: Run & Walk program, in collaboration with PLN IP Services Runner, with a target of 80 km. This target was chosen to symbolize the 80th anniversary of National Electricity Day (HLN), as well as to reflect the spirit of PLN IP Services employees in commemorating the 80th anniversary and strengthening the implementation of employee wellness programs.   The program, which took place from October 3–24, 2025, was marked by a launch and flag-off ceremony led by PLN IP Services President Director Hari Cahyono, along with HR Director Imam Adi Prihantoro, Business Director Lasiran, and the active participation of employees at the PLN IP Services Head Office and work units.

Strengthening the Spirit of Unity Towards a Greater Indonesia, PLN IP Services Holds a Ceremony to Commemorate Pancasila Sanctity Day

Jakarta, October 1, 2025 – PLN Indonesia Power Services held a Pancasila Sanctity Day Commemoration Ceremony at its Head Office and all Work Units as a form of respect and to strengthen its commitment to the values ​​of Pancasila.   The solemn ceremony was led by the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, as the ceremony instructor. This year's commemoration carried the theme "Pancasila: The Unity of the Nation Towards a Greater Indonesia," reflecting Pancasila's crucial role as a foundation for maintaining national unity and integrity.

Sorong Brightens, PLN IP Services Supplies an Additional 10 MW for Energy Reliability

In commemoration of National Customer Day, PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) and PT PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit for Papua and West Papua officially signed a cooperation agreement for the lease of a 10 MW diesel generator to support the reliability of the Sorong electricity system.   This strategic move demonstrates the PLN Group's synergy in ensuring reliable electricity supply in Sorong, a region facing both geographical challenges and growing electricity demand.

Top 5 Star GRC PLN IP Services Wins 3 Awards, Proving Strong Corporate Governance

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services once again achieved outstanding success in its corporate governance implementation by winning the Top GRC Awards 2025 #5 Star at the TOP GRC Awards 2025 event held at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta.   The TOP GRC Awards is the largest and most prestigious awards event in Indonesia for companies that consistently and sustainably implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This year's theme, "Resilience to Sustainability: Leading Through GRC," emphasizes the importance of corporate resilience through strong governance, effective risk management, and integrated compliance.

Synergizing to Illuminate Eastern Indonesia, PLN IP Services and PLN UIW NTT Expand Cooperation in Procurement and Rental of Generating Machines

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services and PT PLN (Persero) East Nusa Tenggara Regional Main Unit (UIW) signed a cooperation agreement for the procurement and rental of HSD/Biodiesel-fueled generating machines. This agreement covers the supply of machines with the following capacities:   - 5 MW in the Adonara System – PLN UPK Flores, - 5.5 MW in Lokomboro – Southwest Sumba – PLN UPK Timor, and - 5.5 MW in the Mautapaga Diesel Power Plant – Flores System.   This collaboration is a strategic step by the PLN Group to strengthen the reliability of electricity supply in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), a region facing both geographical challenges and growing electricity demand, particularly in strategic areas such as Flores and Labuan Bajo.
