PLN Indonesia Power Services held the peak event of its 27th Anniversary celebration with enthusiasm and optimism entitled "Enhancing Core Competencies for Sustaining Business Continuity and Accelerating Green Energy Transition." The event was held in a hybrid manner, centered at the PLN IP Services Head Office and attended virtually by all employees in work units from various regions.

Also present at this event were the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PLN Indonesia Power Services. The event was officially opened by the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, and continued with a warm welcome from the President Commissioner, Khusnul Mubien.

In his remarks, the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, expressed his appreciation for the contribution of all company personnel in building and maintaining business continuity for almost three decades. He emphasized the importance of strengthening core competencies as the main provision in responding to future business challenges, including in supporting the acceleration of the energy transition in Indonesia.

“We must become more mature in our competencies. This year is a momentum to focus more on efforts to improve core competencies in order to support the energy transition and maintain the sustainability of the company. We have laid a strong foundation for a long time, and now it is time for us to continue with more focus, more solidity, and more readiness,” said Hari Cahyono.

“We must manage business services well and be customer-oriented, in accordance with our vision, mission and tagline: Trusted Energy Solutions and Beyond, by serving wholeheartedly. This year we have achieved many achievements, including the success of projects abroad—all of this is the fruit of hard work, smart work, and sincere work of all PLN IP Services personnel,” he added.

PLN IP Services President Commissioner, Khusnul Mubien, also gave encouragement in this celebration. In his speech, he emphasized that the age of 27 is no longer a young age, but an age that is mature in experience and proof.

“Happy 27th birthday to PLN IP Services. The long journey of 27 years has been taken with full dedication. Our predecessors have laid a strong foundation for this company to continue to sustain and develop. Now, with more than 4,750 employees, let's take care of it together so that PLN IP Services continues to grow, progress, and bring blessings to all of us,” said Khusnul Mubien.

“It's time for us to jump higher than in previous years. Thank you for the extraordinary dedication that has been shown by all PLN IP Services people,” he concluded.

This celebration was also enlivened by performances from the IP Services Idol finalists and the distribution of door prizes for all employees as a form of appreciation and togetherness. The warm atmosphere and enthusiasm created reflected the togetherness and pride of being part of the big PLN IP Services family.
