To commemorate National Customer Day, PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) and PT PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit for Papua and West Papua officially signed a cooperation agreement for the procurement of a 10 MW Diesel Generator Rental to support the reliability of the Sorong electricity system.

This strategic step demonstrates the PLN Group's synergy in ensuring reliable electricity supply in Sorong, a region with both geographical challenges and growing electricity demand.

The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, expressed his pride in the trust placed in him by PLN UIW Papua and West Papua.

Meanwhile, the General Manager of PLN UIW Papua and West Papua, Diksi Erfani Umar, emphasized that this additional generator will become a new mainstay for the Sorong system.

"With this additional 10 MW, the Sorong system is even stronger. We truly feel how PLN IP Services is a mainstay in electrifying eastern Indonesia. PLN IP Services is always there to assist us.
