PLN IP Services signed a cooperation agreement with PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Daerah (UIW) Nusa Tenggara Barat for the procurement of rental of HSD/Bio Diesel fueled engines with a capacity of 9 MW at the Dompu PLTD. This cooperation aims to support the fulfillment of electricity needs in the NTB region, along with increasing economic growth and energy demand in the region.

President Director of PLN Indonesia Power Services, Hari Cahyono, stated the company's readiness to collaborate with PLN UIW NTB to ensure the availability of reliable and sustainable electricity for the community and industrial sector in NTB. "PLN Indonesia Power Services is ready to collaborate with PLN UIW NTB in fulfilling electricity needs in the NTB region," said Hari Cahyono.

General Manager of PT PLN (Persero) UIW NTB, Sudjarwo, highlighted that economic growth in NTB has reached 11%, driven by the fisheries sector, especially shrimp ponds, as well as the rapidly growing mineral mining industry on Sumbawa Island. "With rapid economic growth, additional electricity is needed to support potential sectors. We hope that PLN Indonesia Power Services can continue to support PLN UIW NTB in meeting electricity needs, one of which is through the provision of this rental machine," explained Sudjarwo.

In addition, the Deputy Head of the NTB High Prosecutor's Office, Dedie Tri Hariyadi, S.H., M.H., emphasized the importance of legal support in the procurement of rental machines to ensure a transparent and regulatory-compliant process. "Electricity is a vital need for the Indonesian people. With legal assistance from the NTB High Prosecutor's Office, starting from the planning, drafting, to signing the contract and evaluation stages, we hope that the procurement of generator rental machines carried out by PLN UIW NTB together with PLN Indonesia Power Services can run well and support customer satisfaction and the progress of the NTB Province," said Dedie Tri Hariyadi.

This collaboration is a strategic step in strengthening the electricity supply in NTB, especially to support the growth of the industrial and economic sectors which are increasingly developing. With the synergy between PLN Indonesia Power Services, PLN UIW NTB, and the NTB High Prosecutor's Office, it is hoped that electricity services in this region will be increasingly optimal and sustainable.
