PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) held its 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review with the theme "Enhancing Core Competencies for Sustaining Business Continuity and Accelerating Green Energy Transition." This event served as a strategic opportunity to accelerate the achievement of year-end targets and strengthen its commitment to supporting the green energy transition in Indonesia.
The theme reflects PLN IP Services' commitment not only to maintaining business sustainability amidst the dynamics of the energy industry but also to playing an active role in accelerating the transition to clean energy, in line with the PLN Group's overall vision and the national agenda. By strengthening core competencies, the company is building a solid foundation, enhancing human resource capabilities, optimizing technology utilization, and expanding service innovations relevant to future market needs.
The event, which involved all senior leaders of PLN IP Services, was opened by Hari Cahyono, President Director of PLN IP Services. Also in attendance were Julita Indah, Director of Business Development and Commerce at PLN Indonesia Power; Ridho Hutomo, Director of Human Capital Management & Administration at PLN Indonesia Power; and Khusnul Mubien, President Commissioner of PLN IP Services.
In his remarks, the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, emphasized the importance of synergy and a culture of excellence.
"With a unified vision, a culture of discipline, the use of technology, and solid synergy, PLN IP Services employees are ready to leap forward, managing risks as opportunities, and implementing HSE Rules at every stage of work for superior service, achieving targets, and achieving shared sustainability," said Hari Cahyono.
Meanwhile, the President Commissioner of PLN IP Services, Khusnul Mubien, highlighted the strength of the team that has led the company to extraordinary achievements at the start of the year.
"PLN IP Services' strength lies in togetherness. It's not Superman who makes us leap higher, but a superteam that strengthens, coordinates, and commits to each other. As well as being proud to be part of the PLN Group, we are ready to maintain our performance until the end of the year and realize a meaningful leap forward for PLN IP Services' future," he said.

Similarly, Ridho Hutomo, Director of Human Capital Management & Administration at PLN Indonesia Power, added that strengthening internal competencies and digitalization will be key to PLN IP Services' competitive advantage.

Strengthening human resource capabilities and innovation will ensure that PLN IP Services is not only able to compete in the PLN Group's captive market but also strengthen its position as a market leader with maintained sustainability," Ridho emphasized.
