In an effort to strengthen the implementation of an occupational health and safety culture across all units, PLN IP Services held an ISO 45001:2018 Overview & Internal Auditor Training Based on ISO 19011:2018.

This three-day event, from October 6th to 8th, 2025, took place at PLN IP Services Headquarters. The training was attended by the Unit's OHS team, fully managed by PLN IP Services.

This training aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the concepts, principles, and requirements of an ISO 45001:2018-based Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), including its application in the workplace.

In addition, participants were equipped with competencies as internal auditors, in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 guidelines, enabling them to conduct internal audits effectively, objectively, and in a structured manner.

The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, stated that this training is part of the company's commitment to ensuring that all operational lines operate at high safety standards.

"Occupational health and safety is not only about regulatory compliance, but also about our moral responsibility to protect every person working within the PLN IP Services environment.

By implementing the 7 HSE Rules as the main safety guidelines, we want to instill awareness that every individual has a vital role in protecting themselves and their coworkers. By improving competency through this training, we ensure that a safety culture truly becomes part of the company's DNA," said Hari Cahyono.

Through this activity, PLN IP Services hopes that all participants will be able to apply ISO principles in every work activity and conduct internal audits that can encourage continuous improvement in the field of OHS.
