PLN Indonesia Power Services held the culminating event of the 80th Indonesian Independence Day celebrations at its Head Office, themed "United Sovereignty, Prosperous People, Advanced Indonesia." The celebration was lively and featured various competitions that fostered the spirit of togetherness, sportsmanship, and employee creativity. In addition to the Head Office, a series of competitions were also held across all PLN IP Services work units.
A variety of competitive and recreational activities were presented to celebrate the occasion, from competitive sports to entertaining games. These included: Futsal, Badminton, Table Tennis, PES E-Football, Mobile Legends, Chess, a Gymnastics Competition, a Glass Blowing Competition, a Cardboard Ball Relay Competition, a Glass Ball Relay Competition, a Water Throwing Competition, and awards for Best Costume and Best Team.
The event was opened by the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, who in his remarks emphasized the importance of celebrating Independence Day with a positive and collaborative spirit in the workplace.
"Let's celebrate the spirit of United Sovereignty, Prosperous People, Advanced Indonesia, not only by demonstrating our love for our country, but also by bringing togetherness, joy, and solidarity to every step. Today, we are not just celebrating independence, but also celebrating the unity that is our strength to continue to progress, innovate, and make our best contributions to the country," said Hari Cahyono.
This celebration was enthusiastically welcomed by all employees, who came not only to compete but also to support each other and build togetherness across departments. This moment served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships and foster a sense of belonging to the company.
