Strengthening Core Competency, PLN IP Services Optimistic in Facing 2025 Challenges

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services held an Early 2025 Working Meeting with the theme "Enhancing Core Competencies for Sustaining Business Continuity and Accelerating Green Energy Transition". This activity aims to formulate the company's strategy in facing challenges in 2025 and strengthening the role of PLN IP Services in supporting the green energy transition.

 

In his remarks, the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, emphasized the importance of improving core competencies to ensure the sustainability of the company's business and contribution to accelerating the energy transition. "We must continue to improve core competencies in order to compete and provide added value, as well as contribute to accelerating the green energy transition," said Hari Cahyono.

 

Meanwhile, the President Commissioner of PLN IP Services, Khusnul Mubien, expressed his appreciation for the extraordinary performance that the company has achieved throughout 2024. "I appreciate the hard work of the entire PLN IP Services team for their extraordinary achievements in 2024. Hopefully this Working Meeting can be a momentum to execute strategic plans in 2025," he said.

 

Director of Business Development and Commerce of PT PLN Indonesia Power, Bernadus Sudarmanta, also gave his views on the challenges ahead for PLN IP Services. "PLN IP Services has shown extraordinary achievements in meeting its targets. However, the challenges ahead are increasingly complex. PLN IP Services must be able to highlight its advantages and capture greater opportunities," he said.

 

This Early Year Working Meeting is also a forum for PLN IP Services to formulate strategies to increase competitiveness and business expansion, both domestically and abroad. With a strong commitment, the company is optimistic that it can face the challenges of 2025 and play an increasingly important role in realizing a more sustainable energy ecosystem.
