Strengthening Transformation, PLN IP Services & PT Sinergi Solusi Utama Establish Strategic Collaboration Within the PLN Group

 

PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) continues to strengthen its corporate transformation efforts through strategic collaboration within the PLN Group. One such step is demonstrated through the signing of a business cooperation agreement between PLN IP Services and the PT PLN (Persero) Pension Fund through PT Sinergi Solusi Utama (SSU), a subsidiary engaged in renewable energy and various other operational support services.

 

The agreement was signed by Hari Cahyono, President Director of PLN Indonesia Power Services, and Ardian Cholid, President Director of PT Sinergi Solusi Utama. This collaboration is part of an effort to strengthen business synergy within the PLN Group while simultaneously encouraging increased business capabilities, operational efficiency, and strengthening transformation in the national electricity sector.

 

Through this collaboration, PLN IP Services, along with the PLN Pension Fund through PT Sinergi Solusi Utama, will develop various solutions to support the strengthening of integrated business services. This collaboration is also aimed at driving increased business process efficiency, accelerating digitalization, and developing human resource competencies within the PLN Group.

 

Hari Cahyono, President Director of PLN Indonesia Power Services, stated that this collaboration is a strategic step to strengthen the company's competitiveness amidst the increasingly dynamic and rapid development of the energy industry.

 

"This collaboration is part of PLN IP Services' commitment to continuously adapt to change and strengthen the company's capabilities in providing more effective, efficient, and innovation-based services. Through synergy with strategic partners within the PLN Group, we are optimistic that we can encourage the development of relevant solutions and provide added value to the PLN business ecosystem," said Hari.

 

Meanwhile, Ardian Cholid, President Director of PT Sinergi Solusi Utama, stated that this collaboration opens opportunities for broader collaboration to support transformation and operational strengthening in the energy sector.

 

This collaboration is expected to make a tangible contribution to supporting improved company performance while strengthening the foundation of the transformation being undertaken by the PLN Group. Through this synergy, PLN IP Services also affirms its commitment to continuously delivering innovation and solutions that adapt to developments in the national energy sector, while also encouraging the company's sustainable competitiveness.
