In order to end 2024 and welcome the new year 2025, PLN IP Services held an event entitled "Self-Reflection: Reflection 2024 and Resolution 2025". This event was attended by all employees of the Head Office in person, and was followed virtually by employees from all PLN IP Services Work Units.

PLN IP Services President Director, Hari Cahyono, in his remarks delivered directions regarding the company's journey during 2024. "2024 is a year full of challenges as well as achievements. This reflection is a momentum to look back at what we have achieved and what we need to improve," said Hari Cahyono. He also emphasized the importance of preparing realistic and inspiring resolutions to welcome 2025.

The event began with the screening of the PLN IP Services 2024 Kaleidoscope video, which featured a series of activities, innovations, and achievements of the company throughout the year. This moment provides appreciation for the contribution of every PLN IP Services Personnel in supporting the progress of PLN IP Services.

As the highlight of the event, Ustadz Ahmad Ridwan gave an inspiring study with the theme "Self-Reflection: Reflection 2024 and Resolution 2025", followed by a joint prayer to ask for safety, blessings, and smooth operations of PLN IP Services in the coming year. This joint prayer also became a symbol of the great hope of all employees to continue to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and company values.

This Self-Reflection event is expected to be a deep reflection and motivation for the entire PLN IP Services family to continue to move forward with optimism, realizing a better 2025 resolution.
