PLN Indonesia Power Services has held the 2025 National K3 Month Roll Call with the theme "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity" and the PLN Group sub-theme "Strengthening K3 Culture and Human Resource Competence in the Energy Transition Era to Support Productivity Towards Zero Harm Zero Loss". The event was held in a hybrid manner at the Head Office and at the PLN IP Services Work Unit.
Hari Cahyono, Director of PLN IP Services, acted as the roll call instructor and delivered a speech conveying the company's commitment to commemorating National K3 Month. In his speech, Hari Cahyono stated, "Starting from January 12 to February 12, 2025, we will commemorate National K3 Month which will be held simultaneously throughout the country. This year's theme is in line with the President's mission in the Red and White Cabinet, especially in increasing the added value of domestic industry through downstreaming and industrialization. We are in the era of industrial transition from 4.0 to 5.0, which requires us to innovate and transform, including in the implementation of K3.”
Hari Cahyono also emphasized the importance of protecting workers in the midst of the rapidly developing industrialization era, where workplace hazard control must be carried out with innovation in order to remain effective and efficient. “K3 is a basic right of every worker and is an important aspect in employment protection. With good implementation of K3, we can create a safe, healthy, and productive work environment,” he said.
Furthermore, this event was continued with the reading and signing of the Joint K3 Commitment by the Board of Directors and Executives of PLN IP Services. This commitment confirms the company's determination to continue to strengthen the K3 culture and improve the competence of Human Resources in supporting productivity and work safety.
PLN IP Services also announced the results of the Excellent HSE Performance for the 2024 period, where PLTU Kalbar 1 won 1st place, followed by PLTMG Sorong as 2nd place and PLTD Nusa Penida as 3rd place. This announcement provides appreciation to units that have successfully implemented K3 well.
As part of a series of activities, PLN IP Services also launched 7 HSE Rules and E-Safety Report, as an effort to increase awareness and compliance with occupational safety and health standards in all operational units of the company.
