PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) once again achieved a proud achievement by winning the "Indonesia's Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team 2025" award in the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector.

 

This prestigious award was received by Rika Maleni, Legal and Compliance Manager of PLN IP Services, at the 2025 In-House Counsel Awards (IHCA), organized by Hukumonline in collaboration with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.

 

The event, attended by 132 companies from 23 industry sectors, recognized in-house counsel for their dedication, contributions, and innovation in supporting the success of their respective companies' businesses.

 

"Indonesia's Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team" is awarded to a company's in-house legal counsel team that successfully demonstrates breakthroughs, leadership, and a strategic role in implementing best legal practices to drive business sustainability.

 

This achievement demonstrates the commitment of the PLN IP Services Legal and Compliance Department to supporting the company's business through the implementation of strong legal governance and compliance, as well as continuous innovation in supporting MRO business processes.

PLN IP Services Showcases All-In EBS Innovation, Proof of Digital Transformation at NO-CODE DAY Jakarta

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) also attended the NO-CODE DAY Jakarta event organized by Creatio, a no-code and CRM platform provider.   The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, was one of the keynote speakers, delivering a Customer Success Story session titled "Energizing the Power Service Transformation with No-CODE CRM." He presented on Digital Transformation, a digital breakthrough that accelerates companies' digital transformation processes.   The All-In EBS (AIE) innovation developed by PLN IP Services is a strategic step in integrating various critical company applications such as ERP, EBS, i-Morning, and Code. This integration makes all business processes more efficient, connected, and easily traceable.
