PLN IP Services Achieves Highest Achievement in the PLN Indonesia Power Group
Jakarta, July 7, 2026 - PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) successfully recorded a 2025 Management Contract Completion Rate of 103.38%, making it the highest achievement in the PLN Indonesia Power Group (PLN IP Group). This achievement was announced at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PLN Indonesia Power's subsidiary, held at the PLN Indonesia Power Head Office, Jakarta, on Tuesday (June 30, 2026). This achievement was achieved through strengthened business performance, operational efficiency, continuous innovation, and collaboration among all PLN IP Services personnel in supporting the company's targets and the transformation of the national electricity sector throughout 2025.
This achievement demonstrates PLN IP Services' consistency in strengthening core competencies, optimizing business management, and providing reliable and value-added services to customers. This success also emphasizes PLN IP Services' role as a strategic partner in supporting power plant reliability while encouraging sustainable business development within the PLN Group.
PLN IP Services' success in achieving a Management Contract Achievement of 103.38% was supported by several mutually reinforcing strategic factors throughout 2025. Stakeholder trust and support for the Company's four main business lines: Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services, MRO Services, Generator Rental, and Electricity Sales, are the main foundation for the company's growth and strengthen synergies within the PLN Group ecosystem.
PLN IP Services also continues to strengthen its business sustainability through the theme "Enhancing Core Competencies for Sustaining Business Continuity and Accelerating Green Energy Transition," which drives revenue growth beyond the RKAP target and net profit growth through optimization of the MRO, EPC, and Genset Rental businesses. In line with this, the effective implementation of strategic sourcing improves cost efficiency, ensures timely project implementation, maintains work quality, and optimizes business opportunities for sustainable revenue and profit.
Improved project execution capabilities in the O&M, EPC, and Genset Rental businesses are also key drivers of the company's growth. PLN IP Services also continues to expand its portfolio of New and Renewable Energy (NRE) projects as part of its support for the national energy transition, while simultaneously strengthening the company's engineering capacity and technical capabilities.
This performance is further strengthened through disciplined operational management, optimization of productive assets, utilization of digital innovation through AIE applications, and the development of a business portfolio that maintains profitability and supports sustainable company growth.
In addition to achieving positive business performance, throughout 2025, PLN IP Services also successfully won more than 20 national awards in the areas of business, legal, governance, and compliance. Some of the prestigious awards include the Indonesia Best Electricity Award (IBEA) for Best O&M Company in Renewable Energy, the Top GRC Awards 5 Stars, Best Regulatory Compliance, PROPER, and successfully maintaining ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) certification. These awards further strengthen the Company's commitment to conducting business professionally, with integrity, and sustainably.
