Commitment and Integrity of PLN IP Services Wins Indonesia’s Most Respected In-House Counsel Award

 

The Legal and Compliance Department Team of PT PLN Indonesia Power Services has won the prestigious Indonesian In-House Counsel Awards 2024 in the category of “Indonesia’s Most Respected In-House Counsel” for the Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO) industry sector. This award was presented by Hukum Online together with the Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) in an event held at The Westin, Nusa Dua - Bali.

 

This award was received directly by Rika Maleni, Legal and Compliance Manager at the Legal and Compliance Department of PLN IP Services. This award is given to the company's internal legal advisors (in-house counsel) for their extraordinary achievements, innovations, and contributions in advancing the company's business.

 

The award winners were assessed by three prominent judges in the legal field, namely senior advocate Todung Mulya Lubis, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM) Dahliana Hasan, and Special Staff of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA) of the Republic of Indonesia and Member of the Supreme Court Judicial Reform Team Aria Suyudi. The assessment was based on the ability of the in-house counsel in carrying out their roles, not only as legal advisors to the company, but also as strategic partners who are able to help the company navigate the complexity of the law and mitigate existing risks.

 

This achievement is real evidence of the commitment of the Legal and Compliance Department of PT PLN Indonesia Power Services in supporting the company's business through the implementation of the best legal practices and real contributions in maintaining compliance and integrity in the work environment. This dedication not only supports business development but also strengthens PLN IP Services' position as a company with high integrity in carrying out its operations in the MRO sector.

Asking for Blessings & Reliability, PLN IP Services Unites Prayers for the Future

PLN IP Services has held a Joint Prayer event which was held in a hybrid manner. This event was attended by the Board of Directors of PLN IP Services along with employees at the Head Office and was followed online by all PLN IP Services work units, carrying the theme "Requesting Blessings, Safety, and Reliability for the Future". The main purpose of this activity is to ask for blessings, safety, and operational reliability for all generating units managed by PLN IP Services in supporting electricity in Indonesia.
