To commemorate the 2026 National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month, PLN IP Services held a hybrid K3 Month Roll Call, centered at its Head Office and attended by all PLN IP Services Work Units across various regions.

The 2026 National K3 Month Roll Call carried the national theme "Building an Inclusive, Collaborative, and Sustainable National K3 Development and Service Ecosystem," aligning with the PLN Group's Corporate Sub-Theme, "Strengthening Inclusive, Collaborative Cross-Role Synergy and the Utilization of Sustainable Technology to Achieve Zero Harm, Zero Loss."

The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, served as the Roll Call Instructor, reading the address from the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Yassierli, Ph.D. The address conveyed that the commemoration of National K3 Month is a strategic momentum to strengthen our shared commitment to protecting the Indonesian workforce and building a safe, healthy, productive, and dignified workplace.

With a large workforce and diverse occupational risks, OHS is a key foundation that directly impacts worker protection, company productivity, and national competitiveness. The high number of workplace accidents indicates that there are still gaps in the OHS management system that need to be addressed seriously and comprehensively. This necessitates a shift from a reactive approach to systematic, integrated, and prevention-oriented OHS management.

The government, through the Ministry of Manpower, continues to strengthen the national OHS ecosystem through regulatory refinements, digital-based service transformation, increased OHS human resource competency, strengthened oversight, and cross-stakeholder collaboration. These efforts are aimed at ensuring that OHS is not merely a regulatory issue but is truly implemented in the workplace.

As we enter 2026, OHS management is geared towards building a professional, reliable, and collaborative national ecosystem. The government, business community, workers, academics, professional associations, and the media are expected to work together towards a common goal: preventing occupational accidents and protecting every worker.

On this occasion, PLN IP Services also officially launched the 9 Life Saving Rules, read and signed the Occupational Health and Safety Commitment, and announced a series of activities for the 2026 National Occupational Health and Safety Month, which will be implemented throughout PLN IP Services' work environments.
