PLN IP Services closed 2024 by holding a special Coffee Morning event. Combining the concept of the Employee Wellbeing Program, this event was attended by all Directors of PLN IP Services and attended by employees from the Head Office to the PLN IP Services Work Units.

 

On this occasion, the Board of Directors provided important directions regarding occupational health and safety. It was emphasized that employee health is the main asset to support the sustainability of the company. This direction is in line with the theme of the event, namely the Wellbeing Program. In addition, the Board of Directors also emphasized the importance of a safety culture in every aspect of work and appreciated the hard work of all employees during 2024 and remained enthusiastic in facing the challenges in 2025.

 

The momentum of this Coffee Morning announced the winner of the 300KM Challenge PLN IP Services, a Challenge Run & Walk program with a distance of 300 KM for 3 Months. Not only that, this event was the launch of the PLN IP Services Runner Community which was inaugurated by the Board of Directors together with the PLN IP Services Runner community. The presence of this community is expected to be a forum for employees to continue exercising through running.

 

As part of the health program, Dr. Budiman as the company doctor, provided health education materials to support employee health and conducted a Q&A session with employees.

 

With the holding of this event, PLN IP Services confirmed its commitment to not only focus on operational success, but also on the health and safety of employees. The spirit of togetherness that was built at the end of this year became a positive energy to face challenges and opportunities in the coming year.
