Winning the In-House Counsel Award Four Times, PLN IP Services Demonstrates Sustainable Innovation

Bali, October 9, 2026 – Consistency, innovation, and dedication in delivering superior legal governance have once again led PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) to national recognition. For the fourth time, PLN IP Services has won the “Indonesia’s Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team 2026” award from Hukumonline in the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector, at the 2026 In-House Counsel Awards (IHCA) held in collaboration with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali (09/10). This award was given for the legal team’s innovation through the use of technology and early legal guidance in supporting the company’s risk management, compliance, and business sustainability.

Ahead of the 2026 Mandalika MotoGP, PLN IP Services Ensures the Readiness of Power Plants in the Lombok Area, West Nusa Tenggara

Lombok, 8 October 2026 — Ahead of the 2026 Mandalika MotoGP (Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia) on 9–11 October 2026 at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) is deploying Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Rental Power Services capabilities to support the readiness of the electricity system in the Lombok Area. This support includes six units with a total capacity of up to 119 MW, which is supported by operational readiness, maintenance, personnel and the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), as part of PLN IP Services' efforts to maintain energy reliability in supporting the smooth running of one of the biggest international sporting events in Indonesia.

PLN IP Services Enhances Cogen EV 2.5 Electric Motor Conversion Capabilities at PLN IP UBP Priok, Supporting Sustainable Energy Transition

Jakarta, October 5, 2026 - PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) continues to develop innovations in supporting the energy transition through Cogen EV 2.5, a technology for converting oil-fueled motorcycles (BBM) into battery-based electric motorcycles. This innovation was implemented through the Socialization of Conversion of BBM Motorcycles to Electric Motorcycles activity carried out by the PLN IP Services Cirebon Workshop Team at PT PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP) Priok Generation Business Unit (UBP), as part of efforts to support the fulfillment of the Company Performance Rating Assessment Program in Environmental Management (PROPER), especially in the aspect of energy efficiency.

Strengthening the Reliability of the Electricity System, PLN IP Services Provides 20 MW of Power in Bulukumba, South Sulawesi

Bulukumba, October 4, 2026 — PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) successfully supported the achievement of the Commercial Operation Date (COD) of Phase 1 of the power plant in Bulukumba, South Sulawesi (04/10), with a capacity of 20 MW out of a total capacity of 50 MW, as part of efforts to meet electricity needs and maintain the reliability of the electricity system in the South Sulawesi region. This achievement was realized through the operational readiness of the power plant, equipment reliability, personnel readiness, and the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards, as well as being the initial stage towards developing a power plant capacity of up to 250 MW to support the growing electricity needs in the Sulawesi region.

Jakarta, October 1, 2026 — The spirit of maintaining unity and practicing the values ​​of Pancasila was reaffirmed in the commemoration of Pancasila Sanctity Day. PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) held Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremonies simultaneously at its Head Office and Work Units on Thursday (October 1st), as a moment to commemorate the steadfastness of Pancasila and reflect the commitment of all company employees to practicing Pancasila values ​​in the workplace.   At PLN IP Services Head Office, PLN IP Services President Director Hari Cahyono served as the ceremony instructor. On the occasion, Hari Cahyono recited the Pancasila Sanctity Day Pledge, affirming the commitment to maintain and practice the values ​​of Pancasila as a source of strength in fostering togetherness, fighting for and upholding truth and justice for the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Bringing Indonesian Capabilities to the Global Stage, PLN IP Services Present in Overseas Projects in Vietnam

Jakarta, 28 September 2026 — Going beyond national borders, 17 PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) personnel are ready to bring the company's name, capability and expertise in carrying out the Generator & Turbine Overhaul Project at the Duyen Hai Thermal Power Plant (Duyen Hai TPP), Vietnam. Through collaboration with the North Power Services Joint Stock Company (EVN NPS), this assignment is part of the implementation of PLN IP Services' Beyond kWh strategy through business development outside the PLN Group, as well as opening up space for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services to be present in the international market.

From a Drop of Blood, PLN IP Services Brings Hope to Others

Jakarta, September 15, 2026 – PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) demonstrated its concern for others through a blood donation event with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) held at the PLN IP Services Head Office in Jakarta on September 15. The event, attended by PLN IP Services employees, was held to commemorate Indonesian Red Cross Day and is part of the company's contribution to supporting the availability of blood for those in need. The same spirit was also demonstrated through blood donation activities at several PLN IP Services Work Units.

PLN IP Services' synergy for Papua is increasingly clear, with 28 MW of support for customers.

Jakarta, September 10, 2026 – In commemoration of National Customer Day, PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) supports the electricity needs of customers in Papua through its Rental Power Services, providing and managing power plants with a total capacity of 28 MW in the Jayapura, Timika, and Wamena systems. This capacity consists of 20 MW in the Jayapura system, 5 MW in the Timika system, and 3 MW in the Wamena system, as part of an effort to provide a reliable electricity supply that meets customer needs in the Papua region.

Bengkayang, September 7, 2026 — PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) is involved in the development of the coastal border area around the Kalbar-1 PLTU, Karimunting Village, Sungai Raya Kepulauan District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan (03/09). Together with PLN Indonesia Power and PT GCL Indo Tenaga, the activity was carried out through development of the area and planting of coastal vegetation along approximately 800 meters with an area of ​​approximately 8.6 hectares to maintain the function of the coastal area as a natural protection zone.

Providing Reliable Energy for Customers, PLN IP Services Operates an Additional 5 MW in Selayar

Selayar, September 3, 2026 — Customers' need for a reliable electricity supply in the Selayar Islands has received additional support with the presence of a 5 MW generating capacity that will begin commercial operations (Commercial Operation Date/COD) on September 2, 2026. The additional power comes from six rental engine units provided by PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) through a collaboration with PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP) Tello Generation Business Unit (UBP) and Selayar Implementation Unit (UP), so that the total generating capacity in the Selayar electricity system now reaches 16 MW.

Concerned about Children's Nutrition, Srikandi PLN IP Services Distributes Nutritious Food Aid in West Pejaten

Jakarta, August 28, 2026 – PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program together with Srikandi PLN IP Services distributed nutritious food aid to children indicated to be stunted in the Pejaten Barat Village area, South Jakarta, (28/08). The activity carried out at the Malinjo RPTRA, Pejaten Barat, is a form of concern and collaboration between PLN IP Services and Pejaten Barat Village in supporting the fulfillment of children's nutritional needs and efforts to prevent stunting by providing nutritious food directly to the beneficiaries.

This commitment was realized through the 14th PLN IP Services Corporate Innovation Award Selection (SPKI) 2026 held in Bandung on August 26–27, 2026, with the theme “Impactful Innovation for Energy Resilience and Sustainable Growth.” A total of 13 teams of innovators from various work units competed to present innovative solutions to improve the company's reliability, efficiency, asset optimization, and business processes.
