PT PLN IP Services and ISS Indonesia have signed an Amendment to the Joint Operation Agreement (KSO) regarding the provision of industrial cleaning. This cooperation aims to realize clean and reliable power plants. This KSO has been running with very rapid growth in managing power plants within the PLN Indonesia Power environment.

The signing of the Amendment which took place at the ISS Head Office was attended by the CEO & President Director of ISS Indonesia, Mr. Muhammad Sofyan, who was accompanied by the management team, as well as the President Director of PLN IP Services, Mr. Hari Cahyono, and the Director of Operations of PLN IP Services, Mr. Mulyadi Koto. This event marks an important step in strengthening the collaboration of both parties in improving the quality of environmentally friendly industrial cleaning services.

Hari Cahyono, President Director of PLN IP Services, said, "The KSO between PLN IP Services and ISS Indonesia opens up great opportunities for business expansion not only in the PLN Group, but also to IPP and Oil & Gas. We hope that this collaboration can increase the value of services by prioritizing K3 in operational activities. With this Amendment, it is expected to extend the cooperation roadmap, as well as expand the company's synergy to other industries."

Meanwhile, Muhammad Sofyan, CEO & President Director of ISS Indonesia, added, "We hope that this collaboration can expand the scope of our industrial cleaning market outside the PLN Group, in accordance with the agreement that has been made. By continuing to commit to improving service quality and expanding reach in various industrial sectors."

Since the beginning of the collaboration in 2018, this KSO has shown significant development. With the growing and developing ISS market, this KSO continues to develop its competence and capacity. ISS Indonesia also plans to continue to update HR competencies by adopting international standards, which come from ISS's experience abroad. This will strengthen KSO operations and increase competitiveness in the global market.

PLN IP Services hopes that with this Amendment, the collaboration of both parties can continue to grow, creating clean, efficient and reliable power plants.
