PLN IP Services Holds Year-End Reflection with New Spirit for 2026

To close out 2025, PLN Indonesia Power Services held a hybrid Year-End Reflection 2025 event at its Head Office and attended online by all PLN IP Services work units across Indonesia.

 

The event was opened by the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono. In his address, he encouraged all PLN IP Services employees to use the end-of-year momentum as a time for self-reflection and reflection, both personally and as part of the organization.

 

"At the end of the year, reflection is an important process for reviewing the journey, evaluating ourselves, and planning steps so that the coming year can be better than the last," said Hari Cahyono.

 

He also stated that the journey at the beginning of 2025 was faced with various challenges and new targets that were not easy. However, thanks to the hard work, commitment, and synergy of all PLN IP Services employees, each of these challenges was successfully overcome.

 

"All of our achievements are inseparable from the contributions and dedication of all PLN IP Services employees. My sincere gratitude for your hard work and continued togetherness. Let's enjoy every step of the process and the lessons we've learned," he added.

 

Furthermore, the President Director encouraged all company employees to begin setting new resolutions and energies as they look forward to 2026, a new chapter in their journey to progress and make an even more optimal contribution to the company.

 

The 2025 Year-End Reflection provides a moment to reflect on the past year's journey and solidify our intentions and steps toward 2026. The event included guidance from the Board of Directors, a joint prayer, a gift, and a farewell for retired employees as a form of appreciation and togetherness at the end of the year.

 

Through the joint prayer led by Ustadz Tino Wardani, Lc, all PLN IP Services employees were encouraged to strengthen their values ​​of sincerity, gratitude, and determination to continue growing and making the best possible contribution to PLN Indonesia Power Services in the future.

Ignite the Spirit of HLN's 80th Anniversary, PLN IP Services Officially Launches Energy Kalcer On The Move: Run & Walk

PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) officially launched the Energy Kalcer On The Move: Run & Walk program, in collaboration with PLN IP Services Runner, with a target of 80 km. PLN IP Services Supports Energy Transition Through Participation in PLN Electric Run 2025

Tangerang, November 2, 2025 – In the spirit of supporting the energy transition and realizing a greener future, PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) participated in the PLN Electric Run 2025 through the IP Services Runner community.   The event, held on Sunday (November 2) in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), South Tangerang, carried the theme "Recharge as One," symbolizing the collaboration between a healthy lifestyle and environmental awareness. More than 30 runners from the PLN IP Services Head Office and Work Units, including members of the Board of Directors, participated, running alongside more than 7,500 participants from various categories. Through this event, the PLN Group affirmed its strong commitment to environmental sustainability and supported the use of green energy through the use of carbon-free, green hydrogen-based generators.

Belitung Becomes More Reliable, PLN IP Services & PLN UIW Babel Collaborate to Deliver 10 MW of Power

In an effort to strengthen the reliability of the electricity system in the Bangka Belitung region, PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) officially signed a Cooperation Agreement for the Lease of a 10 MW Biodiesel-Fueled Diesel Generator located at the Padang Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) in Belitung.   The signing of this agreement is a strategic step in maintaining the continuity of electricity supply on Belitung Island, which has its own isolated electricity system. This collaboration also demonstrates the synergy between PLN IP Services and PT PLN (Persero) Bangka Belitung Regional Main Unit (PLN UIW Babel) in supporting the PLN Group's mission to provide reliable, efficient, and sustainable electricity throughout Indonesia.
